LED 反光杯

每个光学元件的主要目的是引导光线，可以通过两种不同的方法来完成： 反射和折射。在后一种情况下，光进入光学介质并在每个表面传播时发生偏折，而在前一种情况下，光只与表面发生作用并不进入介质。

大多数反射光学元件利用单个表面发生作用。除了最复杂的应用，这对于其他所有应用这是足够的。

几乎所有的LED都根据发射角度而产生颜色偏差。一个空白的表面可能导致不同颜色的光进入不同的角度而没有任何混合，并可能导致可见的虚光光晕。反光杯通常不用光滑的表面，而是用子表面、小格面来缓解所有提到的不良效果。

This multilayer solution, called enhanced aluminium or alu+, can be deposited on various polymer materials as well as on glass optics.
